Joining Cosmic Sky

Connect to cosmicsky.net in Minecraft Java. Cosmic Sky is a custom Skyblock server with a unique planet-based progression system and deep automation mechanics.

Create your island and begin on the Starter Planet. Progress through planets by completing challenges and upgrading your technology.

Planet Progression

Cosmic Sky replaces traditional Skyblock phases with planets — each planet has unique resources, mobs, and challenges. Unlock new planets by completing the previous planet's questline.

Starter Planet teaches basics. Later planets introduce advanced automation, custom mobs, and rare materials. Each planet has its own biome theme and resource pool.

Automation Systems

Cosmic Sky emphasizes automation — conveyor systems, auto-miners, auto-farmers, and processing machines. Build production lines that run while you're offline.

Start with basic hopper lines and auto-smelters. Progress to cosmic-tier machines that process resources at massive scale. Automation is required for late-planet progression.

Custom Items and Technology

Cosmic Sky features custom tools, armor, and machines not found in vanilla Minecraft. Craft cosmic pickaxes, energy cells, and planet keys through the technology tree.

Read item recipes in the Cosmic Sky wiki or in-game guide book. Custom items often require materials from multiple planets.

Planet Challenges

Each planet has a challenge questline rewarding resources, unlocks, and planet keys. Challenges teach you the planet's mechanics before letting you advance.

Don't skip challenges — they gate planet progression and reward essential items. Challenge difficulty scales with each new planet.

Co-op Planets

Invite friends to share a cosmic island. Co-op players share planet progression, automation systems, and challenge rewards. Assign roles: builder, farmer, explorer.

Co-op is highly recommended — late-planet automation requires significant resource investment that teams handle better.

Economy and Trading

Cosmic Sky has a player-driven economy with the auction house and player shops. Sell rare planet materials and crafted machines for premium prices.

Each planet's resources have different market values. Farm materials from early planets in bulk for steady income while progressing.
